Meet Julia Ski
Julia Ski earned a PhD in Biotechnology and has spent more than two decades working in biopharmaceutical industry while teaching, mentoring and exploring different cultures. After moving from Europe to the United States to pursue her dreams, her love of travel, photography and observing the human experience inspired her transition from scientific writing to fiction. "Together & Apart", co-written with her daughter, is her debut novel and the first in a series exploring love, family and the extraordinary connections that shape our lives. Julia believes every journey changes us, every family carries untold stories, and that when one dream ends, another can begin. Through her writing, she encourages readers to never give up and to create a life they truly love.
Meet Stella Ski
Stella Ski is a second-year medical student pursuing her dream of becoming a cardiologist. After moving from the United States to Europe at the age of 18, she discovered that understanding the human heart involves far more than science. Her passion for medicine, travel, and human relationships inspired to co-author "Togher & Apart" with her mother, blending a new generation's perspective with timeless themes of love, resilience, and hope. Stella believes every woman deserves the courage to pursue her dreams and the opportunity to build relationships that last. Through her writing, she hopes to inspire meaningful conversations across generations, reminding readers that love is not simply found but built with courage, kindness, and intention.
